DIRECTOR
RACHEL WILLIAMS
Hi, I’m the founder of Valentia Health—a psychology practice built from both personal experience and professional passion. Valentia Health was born from a very real place in my life: after navigating the challenges of postnatal depression, I came to realise how much I longed for a safe, supportive space. A place where I could feel heard without judgment, where healing felt possible, and where I wasn’t alone in what I was going through. That space didn’t exist for me at the time, so I created it—for myself back then, and for anyone who needs it now.
My professional background is in senior People & Culture roles, where I spent years supporting people through growth, transition, and challenge. That work taught me the power of empathy, listening, and creating environments where people can truly thrive. Combined with my own lived experiences, it shaped my belief that mental health care should be accessible, compassionate, and tailored to the individual—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
At Valentia Health, every person is welcomed with warmth, respect, and openness. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, or simply feeling lost, you deserve support that feels human, honest, and empowering.
You belong here. Truly.
