Lexi is a registered psychologist with broad experience in community and correctional settings. She works with individuals across the lifespan, providing a client-centred approach to address a wide range of psychological concerns. Lexi welcomes clients aged 10 and above and specialises in anxiety, mood disorders, addiction, personality complexities, and neurodevelopmental conditions.
Committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment, Lexi is LGBTIQ+ friendly and welcomes clients under the NDIS. She is passionate about empowering individuals to build meaningful and fulfilling lives. Lexi employs evidence-based therapeutic frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), to tailor her approach to the unique needs of each client.
Her professional interests include exploring the intricate connection between physical and mental health, focusing on how lifestyle factors influence emotional well-being, and helping clients develop greater self-awareness while adopting practices that promote relaxation, resilience, and overall balance. Outside of work, Lexi enjoys gardening, painting, and staying active with her animals, appreciating these activities to relax and support her overall well-being.
